The Kerala Tourism Department, together with agency consortium headed by E factor Entertainment and The Social Street, have requested for bids from parties keen on buying nine team franchisees in the inaugural edition of the Champions Boat League. The CBL has been planned in the format of the well-known league in an endeavor to make Kerala's famous snake boat race a world-class experience for visitors and to create an international sporting atmosphere for participating clubs and their oarsmen...
