    The adoption of technology is heightening passenger satisfaction at baggage collection as per SITA's research 2019 Passenger IT Insights. The passengers are demanding more mobile services in relation to their baggage.
    According to SITA's research, 26 per cent of passengers in 2018 have used their mobile device to receive baggage related status updates at arrival, which is more than 14 per cent in 2017.
