    Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee signed a bill allowing most adults 21 or older to carry guns without background checks.
    The bill was signed on Thursday, hours after President Joe Biden issued executive orders on gun control.
    Tennessee's law will go into effect on July 1, 2021.
